Adding symbols for easy export
« on: November 19, 2021, 06:08:32 am »

In my reports, I try to show exits and other important information on top of the results. But that requires processing of the exported images.

Is there an option in Pathfinder to add some symbols as an overlay, which can appear when I export my results as images? That way I only need to add the symbols once.

Thank you in advance.

Do Annotations do what you want?

Hi Bryan. Thank you for your suggestion. It solves the problem of adding information. But it would be nice to be able to add the symbols I usually use for fire drawings, that way I can explain in my reports if there is special considerations (eg. blocked exits or pressurized staircases). Maybe it could be something that you consider for future releases.

That sounds like a great suggestion. Can you email to support@thunderheadeng.com information about the symbols you would like to add as annotations and we can get that in the development queue.
