Hello I have a problem with a model in which I am working.
the model is simple, only a 1mw fire, different mechanical extraction points, the architecture of the building and 105 meshes. I do not introduce zones of different pressures, wind, etc. into the model. When I try to simulate the model in the cluster the following error occurs:
ERROR: ZONE 5 meets ZONE 2 at the boundary of MESH 63 and MESH 41.
ERROR: ZONE 5 meets ZONE 2 at the boundary of MESH 63 and MESH 25.
etc etc etc.
I would like to emphasize that I have simulated similar models of the building with another fire and have not had this problem.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be and how to solve it?
I have already modified the meshes a couple of times and the error persists.

This might be related to a change in FDS 6.7.6.  See if thickening the geometry resolves the issue.

Hi Brian,
I had the same problem with zone errors.
I am working on a tunnel (400m length) with multimesh from an imported ifc file and I could not get FDS to run.
I turned the whole model into thick walls and it works.

Best regards,
Perry
