how to measure incident heat flux?
« on: October 30, 2020, 03:27:55 pm »

Hello,

What is the suitable device to measure Incident Heat Flux (kW/m2) on a surface and in a location in air?

I tried incident heat flux from "solid phase device", but error always occurs (FDS cannot determine which boundary cell to assign)

Could you please help?

Thanks in advance

Use the gas phase quantity INTEGRATED INTENSITY.
