Hello
I want to create a model where there are doors that allow a single agent to pass through. For this, each door has a flowrate = 0.01 pers / s.
The model has 10 doors and 10 agents as you can see in the image.
The problem is that agents are left waiting at the closed door or next to another agent at a door. The agents do not use the available doors, I consider it a mistake when they have doors through which they can evacuate.
Are there any settings in the profile that I need to change?
I want agents who find a closed door to look for an open door. Don't wait before a closed door, is that possible?

Hello, what happens if you increase the Door Choice option for 'Current Room Queue Time' to a weight of 10?  For me it evenly distributes the agents over all 10 doors, because the cost of waiting in a queue at a door is so high.

With the configuration you suggested, the expected result is not achieved, agents are still waiting at the closed doors.
Is there the possibility that when a agents passes through the door, it is permanently closed?
I looked for an option in the manual and couldn't find it.
