Room temperature, Exhaust surface and 3D smoke

Hi everyone,

I am new to Pyrosim and started using for university final year project. There are some problems on simulation in my project.

1) There are some room drop to 5°C without any HVAC system.

2) The exhaust surface seems does not work.

I really need help with this and i would be grateful if anyone can help.
The file is attached for reference.
