CAD model import
« on: March 04, 2019, 01:46:27 pm »

Hi,

1.)
I created cad model in creo and imported to pyrosim,
In pyrosim it imports the model in Y axis but for vertical separation its asking in Z-axis. (please find the image attached).

2.)
The imported cad model is hollow section or solid ?, when I touch the surface of the imported geometry only the top layer is getting selected. and simulation is stopped by stating obstruction can't be applied to thin obstruction.

someone please explain

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it moves the lowest level of your model to z=0.  Then you don't have any -z values.
