Pyrosim licensed version continuous error coming

This is Siva from India, I bought Pyrosim licensed software but suddenly its not working..
Continuously error coming..i had attached the error images.. kindly help me to resolve .

I've asked around the office and our support group doesn't have experience with this error. We can at least attempt to verify the claims made by the error message itself (i.e. we can see if another process is running on port 52100).

You will have to open a console window (run cmd.exe) to run the following commands:

This command will list the Process ID (PID) on any processes listening on port 52100:

netstat -o -a | findstr "Proto :52100"

And this command will show the Process ID for any running instances of rlm.exe:

tasklist /FI "IMAGENAME eq rlm.exe"

A console window showing what happens when I run those commands is attached.
