Hmmm; turbine oil fires are are fairly common in generating stations. If you google that, you might find some properties of turbine oil. Also see NUREG 1824, vol 1 section 2.1.5. It describes a turbine oil fire.

Check the reference I gave in my previous post. The NUREG 1824 document contains FDS input files for the fires they describe. You should be able to find how they characterized turbine oil in their model.
