I am trying to view a smoke layer interface at 6 ft.

When I view a Visibility slice in Smokeview the scale shows the same numbers, 30m, from blue to red but all the values are 30m.
And I don't see any blue in the actual slice in the model, it's all green

can someone help please, thanks

I don't have any experience with the visibility quantity and I don't know the common pitfalls. It's difficult to guess without knowing more about the model. Is 30m a reasonable answer? Can you share a PSM or FDS file?

If the range is constant [30m - 30m], it doesn't surprise me that the slice is constant green. When slices go wrong, I've seen random noise colors and solid colors.

I noticed a couple issues:

1. The vent is below the floor and all of the smoke is going out and around the building.
2. The mesh cell size is likely too big. Here is a page that discusses a good approach to mesh cell sizes:
