Occupant Personal Space
« on: August 20, 2012, 03:26:39 pm »

I am conducting some cross cultural research in which I am looking at personal space and how it is simulated in various computer models. I was wondering how does pathfinder approach the concept of personal space and preventing occupants from getting too close to each other? Is the same approach applied to occupants brushing against walls?

Thanks,

Majed

The Separation and Avoid Walls behaviors are handled a bit differently. There is a discussion of the behaviors on pages 18 and 19 of the technical reference: http://www.thunderheadeng.net/download/tech_ref-2012.pdf
