Hi everyone,

Again a question coming from me! Suppose you are used to  

I have to build up a complexe roof and I don't know how to do it. I tried with the "triangle" tool but I find it very complicated.

How would you do that?

I think you can make it a bit easier by drawing ordinary box slabs for the roof sections then adjusting them to match the angle of the roof using the Rotate tool.

Once you've drawn the first roof section, you may be able to quickly create the second section using the mirror tool. Then the translate tool to adjust the section up or down as needed.

Once you've got the first and second roof sections drawn, I suggest using the Replicate tool to create the remaining sections.

Thanks a lot for your answer! But what do you mean by "box slab" is it the slab tool? I dont' really understand it.

Sorry about that. That was my shorthand for "your choice of the most convenient geometry tool to create a single rectangular roof section". My recommendation would be the Draw an Obstruction tool, but you could also use Draw a Block then edit your block with the handles. Once you get it drawn, the rest of the steps were to get it to rest at the angles you need.
