Ok. I resolved this issue. A problem was in amount of cells in a mesh. It should be not greater than 64^3 (262144)  cells in one mesh.

Today, after 3 days of model building, unfortunately, when I run a calculation I have got problem:

Is there is any suggestion how to fix this problem? Unfortunately I have the same issue like mehar.afreen said.
