whaen i put the vertical ventilation the fds analysis showing me the cannot find the vent

can somebody tell waht the problem

i want to ask you when i press the run fds the program showing me  ( the model contains 44 vents that will be collapsed )

hello every body

when i put the outflow of vent the simulation showing me specify orientation of vent and i had located  the vent in 3D domain.
but also the problem
can somebody answer me ?
