Heat Conduction in Obstruction

DEAR COLLEGUES,
        I need to model a naturally ventilated facade exposed to the exterior and interior temperature.
The façade is composed by:  external obstruction (5°C applied on the exterior face of the obstruction.1) + a ventilated cavity (modeled ) + internal obstruction.2 (20°C applied on the exterior face of the obstruction).
To correctly simulate the ventilation in the cavity, I need to model the heat conduction across the obstructions, depending on the materials and on the boundary conditions.
 So I need to assign a LAYERED EXPOSED SURFACE to my obstruction (external or internal) coupled with the SAME MATERIAL Layered with an EXTERNAL FLUX or coupled with a HEATER/COOLER SURFACE (on the exterior side of the obstructions), is it correct?
It is possible?
